Setting Up Auto-Reply

Step 1: Create a Rule

  1. Go to Automation > Auto-Reply
  2. Click Create Rule
  3. Name your rule

Step 2: Set Triggers

Define when the auto-reply should activate:

  • Keywords in the message
  • Message received outside business hours
  • First-time customer

Step 3: Define Response

Create your automated response:

  • Text message
  • Quick reply buttons
  • Media (images, videos)

Step 4: Activate

  1. Review your rule
  2. Toggle it to Active
  3. Test with a sample message

  1. Keep it personal - Use customer names when possible
