Setting Up Auto-Reply
Step 1: Create a Rule
- Go to Automation > Auto-Reply
- Click Create Rule
- Name your rule
Step 2: Set Triggers
Define when the auto-reply should activate:
- Keywords in the message
- Message received outside business hours
- First-time customer
Step 3: Define Response
Create your automated response:
- Text message
- Quick reply buttons
- Media (images, videos)
Step 4: Activate
- Review your rule
- Toggle it to Active
- Test with a sample message

- Keep it personal - Use customer names when possible
