Connecting Facebook Pages

Learn how to connect your Facebook Business Pages to ReplyFbHub.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A Facebook Business Page (not a personal profile)
  • Admin access to the Facebook Page
  • A ReplyFbHub account

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access Connection Settings

  1. Log in to your ReplyFbHub dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar
  3. Click on Connections

Step 2: Authorize Facebook

  1. Click the Connect Facebook button
  2. You'll be redirected to Facebook
  3. Log in with your Facebook account if prompted

Step 3: Select Pages

  1. Review the list of Facebook Pages you manage
  2. Select the Pages you want to connect to ReplyFbHub
  3. Make sure all required permissions are granted:

- Read and manage messages

- Read page content

- Manage page conversations

Step 4: Complete Connection

  1. Click Done to complete the authorization
  2. You'll be redirected back to ReplyFbHub
  3. Your connected Pages will appear in the Connections list

Managing Connected Pages

Viewing Connected Pages

Go to Settings > Connections to see all your connected Pages.

Disconnecting a Page

To disconnect a Page:

  1. Find the Page in the Connections list
  2. Click the Disconnect button
  3. Confirm the disconnection

Reconnecting a Page

If you need to reconnect a Page:

  1. Remove the existing connection
  2. Follow the connection steps again
  3. Re-authorize the required permissions

Troubleshooting

"Page not appearing" issue

If your Page doesn't appear in the list:

  • Verify you have Admin access to the Page
  • Check that it's a Business Page, not a personal profile
  • Try refreshing the Facebook connection

"Permissions denied" error

If you see a permissions error:

  • Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations
  • Find ReplyFbHub and review permissions
  • Grant all required permissions
