Inbox Overview

The unified inbox shows all conversations from your connected Facebook Pages.

Conversation List

  • Unread - New messages requiring attention
  • Open - Active conversations
  • Closed - Resolved conversations

Filters

Filter conversations by:

  • Status (unread, open, closed)
  • Assigned agent
  • Tags
  • Date range

Handling Conversations

Replying

  1. Select a conversation
  2. Type your response
  3. Use templates for common replies
  4. Add media if needed
  5. Click Send

Assigning

Assign conversations to team members:

  1. Open the conversation
  2. Click Assign
  3. Select a team member

Tagging

Add tags for organization:

  1. Open the conversation
  2. Click Add Tag
  3. Select or create tags

Closing

Mark resolved conversations as closed:

  1. Open the conversation
  2. Click Close

Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Enter - Send message
  • Cmd/Ctrl + K - Open search
  • Esc - Close conversation
